How to Complain
Our highest priority is to provide an excellent service for our customers. We understand that occasionally we may not live up to your expectations. If this is the case we'd like to hear from you so that we can make things right for you and improve our service for everyone.

Contact Us

You can either call us, e-mail us or write to us regarding a complaint.

What you need to provide
In order to investigate and resolve your complaint, we'll need the following information:

  • Your name and address
  • Your customer ID number
  • A phone number so that we can contact you
  • A clear description of your concern or complaint
  • Details of what you would like us to do to put it right



How we'll respond

We'll do our very best to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible and to your satisfaction. If you're unhappy with the response, get in touch with the person or department that handled your complaint. They'll agree with you the next steps.
